our client is a rapidly growing company serving direct consumer brands, projected to reach 1,200 customers by year-end. With a small, dynamic team of five core members managing around 500 accounts, we are poised for significant expansion and looking to enhance our operational capabilities.

About the Position
We are seeking a remote Operations Assistant to join our team at amped.io and support the execution of both clerical tasks and complex projects. This role is crucial for improving our service delivery by efficiently handling a variety of tasks, ensuring our team can focus on high-impact activities and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

-Manage and execute a wide range of operational tasks from simple to complex, including purchasing supplies and building out customer reports.
-Assist in the smooth running of daily operations, ensuring all “small things” are done exceptionally well.
-Provide administrative support to the founders and other key personnel, aiding in decision-making and operational activities.
-Help in improving processes and implementing systems to increase efficiency across customer accounts.

Qualifications
-Proven experience in an administrative or operations role, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Strong organizational and project management skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-Problem-solving mindset, capable of handling both routine and complex challenges.
