Sr Scrum Master

Requirements :- 5+ years of proven experience as an Agile Coach working with software / data engineering teams.- Extensive experience using Scrum and Kanban in various team sizes and project complexities.- Proven track record of implementing Agile techniques in different work cultures and environments.- Strong knowledge of Jira, working with various projects, workflows, and advanced solutions.- Strong skills for leading, educating, and coaching to achieve results.- Demonstrated skills in mentoring and facilitating conflict resolution.- Good understanding of the SDLC and its ties to Agile practices and compliance processes.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to quickly assess and analyze data and concepts.Responsibilities :- Guide and coach the engineering pods on using Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products and services to the customers.- Drive each team to a high-performing level by recognizing areas for improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques.- Ensure Agile is understood and the teams adhere to Agile theory, practice, and guidelines; enforce best practices within the teams to align with SDLC processes.- Assist and mentor the teams with self-organization, cross-functional skills, domain knowledge, and effective communication.- Facilitate and support all pod events and ceremonies efficiently : sprint planning, daily standups, sprint review / demos, and sprint retrospectives.- Identify and remove impediments by managing dependencies across teams, resolving dependencies proactively, and collaborating with the product owner and stakeholders to adjust priorities or refine user stories when necessary.Will be a plus :- Certification as an Agile coach or Scrum Master.- Experience in coaching within growth technology organizations, especially B2B SaaS product teams.- Educational background in computer science and / or experience working in a technical / developer role.- Exposure to data science, machine learning, and / or data engineering teams.- Experience with management tools such as Aha!, Jellyfish, or similar is a major plus.We Offer :- US and EU projects based on advanced technologies.- Competitive compensation based on skills and experience.- Annual performance appraisals.- Remote-friendly culture and no micromanagement.- Bonuses for recommendations of new employees.- Bonuses for article writing, public talks, other activities.- 15 vacation days, 10 national holidays,sick leaves.- Udemy unlimited training account.- Free webinars, meetups and conferences organized by Svitla.- Fun corporate celebrations and activities.- Awesome team, friendly and supportive community!
