The Accounting Analyst is responsible to deliver and contribute for the Accounting entries, analyze the discrepancies in the documents, and support the Accounting Leader to certify the accuracy of the information in the company.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Responsible for the monthly and annual accounting closing;

• Carry out analysis of variations of accounting balances month by month, deep analysis of the biggest variations;

• Attendance and support to internal/external audit;

• Carry out and monitor reconciliations of equity accounts;

• Provide support to the accounts payable and collection sector;

• Carry out control of assets and liabilities;

• Upload of accounting allocations in the system (make the valuation entries of the same. Provision of expenses, monthly accrual of the different items, amortizations);

• Teamwork and supervision of the accounting assistant;

• Being open to new challenges and learning new knowledge and systems;

• Preparation of managerial information, reports of accounting and budgetary statements;

• Follow up and communicate to the administrative area the news and reforms of the tax and tax system for control and application;

• Advanced Accounting student or graduated;

• Work experience of +3 years in functions or activities related such as: accounting analysis, control of reports, account reconciliation;

• Advanced oral and written English;

• Knowledge of accounting ERP, it will be considered a plus;

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills;
