We're thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to become an integral part of our team, focusing on providing exceptional support to our students as they prepare for English exams such as the SAT, GMAT, and other standardized tests. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, ensuring seamless operations and offering indispensable assistance to both our tutors and valued clients. Job Summary: As an Administrative Assistant, your primary responsibilities will revolve around payroll management, where you will be responsible for tracking tutoring hours logged by our dedicated tutors. Additionally, you will be involved in proctoring exams, including scheduling exam dates and times and ensuring a seamless examination process for students. Your dedication and support will contribute directly to the success of tutors and, more importantly, students' academic journeys. Working Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling. Compensation: Base salary in USD, with additional compensation provided for proctoring duties. Location: Remote in Argentina Responsibilities: Payroll Management: Accurately track and record tutoring hours logged by our tutors. Collaborate with our finance team to ensure timely and accurate payment processing. Address any payroll-related inquiries from tutors in a professional and timely manner. Exam Proctoring: Schedule exam dates and times based on student and tutor availability. Facilitate the smooth and secure administration of exams. Ensure exam guidelines and protocols are followed to maintain fairness and integrity. Maintain a strong internet connection and be available during exam hours to connect with students and tutors. Be prepared to proctor up to two exams simultaneously when required. Have access to at least two devices (e.g., computer and smartphone/tablet) to fulfill proctoring duties effectively. Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks to maintain efficient operations. Handle incoming inquiries from tutors, students, and parents Assist with monthly corporate metrics Maintain documentation and records related to payroll and exam proctoring. Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an administrative role, demonstrating excellent organizational and time management skills. Advanced/bilingual English proficiency Familiarity with video conferencing platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom, etc., as you will be responsible for exam proctoring and must conduct meetings remotely. Experience working with spreadsheets will be a significant plus, as you will be involved in payroll and data tracking. Flexibility and availability are crucial, as the position may require weekend exam proctoring. Strong attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable internet connection and access to at least two devices to facilitate exam proctoring efficiently.
