Primary focus is on teaming and client experience. Oversee the day-to-day business activities in a fast-paced, multitasking environment, responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. The Admin Manager will work as part of a management team to analyze data, manage projects, and problem solve for team and stakeholder business issues. Responsibilities:Collaborate with other Admin Managers to implement and drive key business priorities; Resolution of local issues and improvement of service as needed in line with administrative and human resource policies and guidelines; Coach and develop admin staff to execute the effective delivery of administrative support services in a virtual environment; Lead, develop and train a team with an emphasis on client service, engagement, digital and technical upskilling; Client Service - engage with stakeholders to continually assess their business needs, seek feedback and identify opportunities for improvement; Collaborate with Canadian Admin Services Leadership to implement process improvements; As required work with Argentina office for hiring, and recruitment; Building relationships and working with other functional groups to encourage communication and sharing; Responsible for the Performance Management Cycle for the team, and assistance with career plan discussions; Working with the AC Operations Senior Manager to ensure compliance with organizational and legal standards in Buenos Aires; Prepare and maintain reports, records, and documents related to Admin Services; Qualifications:Post-secondary education to college diploma level in a business or administrative discipline preferred;At least 5 years' experience of managing teams in a customer service focused area, preferably in a partnership based firm or financial industry;Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the firm; Excellent organizational, and leadership skills;Proficient in M365 and confident to work in a highly technical environment;Engaging in the promotion and adoption of digital tools and strategies;Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines;Experience in working with multicultural and diverse teams;Understand the importance of have a correct information management;Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection Correct Information Security ManagementNice to have:Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field;Trilingual (English, French & Spanish) is an asset;Education Degrees/Field of Study required:Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Bachelor DegreeCertifications Required SkillsOptional SkillsDesired Languages EnglishTravel RequirementsNot SpecifiedAvailable for Work Visa Sponsorship?NoGovernment Clearance Required?NoJob Posting End Date
