The Position

As Strategic Operations Manager you will be responsible for annual and longer-term planning for Medical Affairs, Clinical development, Regulatory and Quality strategic projects, ensuring alignment of functional objectives with the Business Area and Corporate strategy. Leadership over tracking and analysis of Medical affairs, Clinical development, Regulatory and Quality KPIs with a continuous improvement approach and promoting a data driven mindset.

 

Activities and Responsibilities

  • Local project lead of LATAM and IO projects ensuring successful local execution – point of contact.
  • Develop Medical Excellence programs to enhance the quality and effectiveness of medical affairs.
  • Ensure appropriate taxonomy of medical affairs activities in co-creation with legal and compliance team.
  • Improve the medical accountability for omnichannel approach and support with the knowledge and capabilities necessary.
  • Support CMRQ Director with internal cross development activities to CMRQ.

 

Required Qualifications

  • University Degree in Science or Business. Fluent oral and written English level.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry.
  • Minimum 3 years working as Project Management.
  • Stakeholder management to build strong relationships based on trust and mutual respect.
  • Agile Methodologies and Omnichannel experience. Experience working with interactive data visualization software and/or business analytics platforms, such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik.

 

Desired Qualifications

  • Postgraduate studies in project management or administration.
  • Previous experience with Clinical Trials, Medical Affairs and Regulatory functions.
