Projects Administrator

Administration on Projects such as purchase orders, invoicing, monthly claims, timesheets, updating registers. Set up and maintain Project directory structure. Perform Project close out functions such as preparation of Operations Manuals. Update Projects and Engineering intranet information pages. About You: Experience working in a similar role within the construction industry. Proficient in Office 365. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and SharePoint software would be advantageous. Strong attention to detail. Possess a flexible, professional, "can do" attitude. Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
