Project Product Support & Reliability – T5 Education Bachelor's Degree in Mechtronics /Electrical/Electronic or equivalent

Job Responsibilities · Leading of the team of Product Support and Reliability engineers
· Definition of the project strategy in relation to the dept. strategy
· Contribution to the definition of the strategy of the dept. and the center as well
· Providing precise technical solution for complex vehicle issues from headquarters to global field technical support managers
· Discuss with the stakeholders (Quality/Development/Purchase) to find a solution for the potential issues from the product
· Documenting vehicle issues & it's potential impact for participating in technical meeting(s) from different departments (Legal/Certification/Quality/Development)
· Technically responsible in the after-sales for global field service measure preparation
Skills Required · Strong technical know-how of the modern vehicle systems & it's complex vehicle diagnosis
· Must have HV (High Voltage) safety awareness & experience with HV Battery/HV Battery Chargers/etc.
· Proven leadership skills in handling the projects with multiple dependencies and stakeholders.
· Very good interpersonal, communication and intercultural skills
· Strong awareness of After-sales business operations
· Excellent Written and communication skills in English
· German language proficiency is an added advantage
