What you will do

• Communication with the candidates, skills evaluation, and offers management;
  

• Composing reports for job openings, hires, and post-hire summaries;
  

• Providing a diverse pool of highly qualified candidates;
  

• Recruiting real estate agents and vendor Management.
  

Must haves 

• Advanced English level and great communication skills;
  

• Sales/Recruiting Experience;
  

• Positive and open-minded style of communication;
  

• Understanding of full recruitment life cycle;
  

• Elevated self-awareness and aptitude to develop new skills;
  

• Understanding of how to source for candidates.
  

Nice to haves

• Experience with CRM/Database management;
  

• Experience as a Vendor Manager;
  

• Experience in the U.S. real estate industry.
