The opportunity Position yourself at the forefront of a leading global company in our Managed Services team as a Global Purchasing Analyst. In this dynamic role, you will be working within a wealth of cultures and backgrounds to provide top-tier purchasing solutions for one of our vital international clients. Your key responsibilities Being a key figure in our procurement functionality, you will manage all incoming inquiries from internal clients and suppliers. Your tasks will cover a variety of areas-from process and policy aspects to system queries, utilizing ServiceNow to manage tickets efficiently, providing prompt and effective resolution. Skills and attributes for success Carry out initial-level support for both client employees and suppliers using ServiceNow, addressing questions from vendors and stakeholders regarding purchasing transactions (ex. Requisitions, POs, catalogs, etc.). Root cause analysis and aiding in resolution development. Proactively communicating with contacts and providing detailed information to requesters. Foster collaborative relationships across Procurement teams and business stakeholders. Advise business stakeholders on procurement regulations and processes to boost compliance. Cooperate closely with stakeholders, Accounts Payable and other Procurement teams to address irregularities in purchasing processes. Provide expert advice on the most appropriate purchase channels. Analyze reporting from ticketing systems to identify potential improvements. Encourage continuous improvement to foster process excellence, to speed up response times and to ensure adherence to procurement regulations. To qualify for the role you must have Advanced fluency in English and Spanish. At least 2 years of purchasing or procurement working experience. Familiarity with ServiceNow, or other similar ticketing tools. Sharpened analytical skills with structured and logical problem-solving approach. Ability to adapt effectively to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid changes.
