• Operational Excellence: Ensure impeccable operation of our current facilities while successfully incorporating the new villas, maintaining the high standards that are defined as a leader in luxury within South America and as a member of Leading Hotels of The World.
• Team Management: Develop a culture of excellence, dedication, and hospitality among our team, aligning with the growth trajectory of our resort.
• Financial Acumen: Oversee financial strategies for both longstanding operations and the burgeoning expansion project, optimizing profitability and ensuring the success of the resort.
• Guest Relations: Maintain and enhance our renowned reputation for guest relations, integrating the new villas into our world-class hospitality experience seamlessly.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Elevate the profile of the resort through strategic promotion of our expansion, leveraging our membership in Leading Hotels of The World and accolades to attract both new and returning guests.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience managing luxury hotels or resorts, particularly those experiencing significant growth or expansion.
• Exceptional leadership abilities, with a capability to inspire a team towards excellence in a vibrant environment.
• Strong financial management skills, with experience in overseeing significant projects or expansions.
• Mandatory bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
