Advise existing and new customers about our van/van rental offer Ensure the mobility of our customers and determine individual vehicle solutions Create rental offers according to the specifications and clarify deviations from general conditions Prepare and accompany commercial and technical vehicle handovers and returns on time
Categorize damage to rental vehicles and arrange for necessary repairs Initiate vehicle logistics movements Manage current rental contracts and check documents for completeness and up-to-dateness Qualifications Completed vocational training Experience in service-oriented industries (e.g. hotel industry, reception, customer service or gastronomy) Car driving license class B Product knowledge in the automotive sector, especially vans/vans desirable Good organizational skills and willingness to perform Enjoy working in a team and dealing with people High communication skills and service competence The position is full-time and limited to 12 months. However, we are very interested in a long-term and successful cooperation.
