A major multinational company dedicated to the production and generation of renewable energy is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner with experience in the field and excellent interpersonal skills to join a global leader in the Wind Energy industry.
Job Responsibilities:
Participate in the recruitment processes for potential employees and collaborate on the development of training plans.
Monitor recruitment metrics and indicators to optimize retention rates and reduce staff turnover.
Evaluation, update, and description of internal job positions.
Recruitment, selection, and onboarding of personnel.
Management of personnel records and compliance with Human Resources policies in accordance with applicable labor laws.
Reports to the Human Resources Manager.
Requirements:
Professional or advanced student in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
Demonstrable experience in similar positions of not less than 3 years.
Advanced knowledge of hiring strategies and labor legislation.
Intermediate or advanced English.
