You will oversee supplyplanning activities for your product familiesin the business unit. You will also beresponsible for supporting the supply review process and interactions with the cross-functional teams.
How you will contribute You will:
Manage a supply planning team responsible for the category/business unitsupplyplanning review process of the integrated business planning processLead the monthly supply review process, specifically facilitating thecategory/business unit supply review with stakeholders in the integrated supplychain functionEnsure business agreement on the supply of the plan, capacity constraints, raw and pack risksand its cost for the future 12-18-month timelineSupport the 18-36-month strategic capacity planSupport the interaction with demandplanning, manufacturing, business development andfinanceManage, coach and develop a teamDrive continuous capability building in the supply planning team for planningimprovementWhat you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
Comprehensive supply chain, economic, financial or logistics experience andstrong business acumen ideally within an FMCG/CPG environmentOpen to learn new ways of working and willing to be hands-on in using data and systemsSignificant experience in driving supply review and participation in an IBP cycleStrategic agility, able to drive for cross-functional results by proactively understanding andmanaging key issues and success criteria, and prioritizing accordinglyProject personal maturity and tact to effectively work with cross-functional team members todeal with conflicting priorities and ambiguityStrong senior leadership influencing skills and organizational agility. Able to build effectiveteamsKnowledgeable of leading practice demand planning and supply chainconceptsExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and verbal and written communicationskills More about this role What you need to know about this position: Como Productivity and Process Improvement Manager, trabajarás en el equipo de Customer Service & Logistics y estarás a cargo de tres grandes responsabilidades: funcionarás como líder de agenda para el equipo de Planning, liderarás el pilar End to End de Integrated Lean Six Sigma, y gestionarás el track de productividad
Job specific requirements: +7 años de experiencia en Supply Chain, Logística, Planning, Mejora de Procesos, Sales Operations, u áreas afines.
Graduados de Ingenierías, o carreras administrativas.
Experiencia en industria de consumo masivo (deseable)
Work schedule: Esquema híbrido, Lunes a Viernes 9 hs a 18 hs.
