Description
Objective of the Job The incumbent will provide Ascent support for all AAP markets from Hub COC Team Ensure close collaboration with key business partner from Business Unit, vendors and regional office in managing system demands. Established, maintain, improve various IT processes and guidelines from time to time and ensure conformance to processes and guidelines. The incumbent need to ensure IT knowledge-based database is constantly updated and maintained with latest information essential for cultivating the culture of knowledge sharing. Close coordination with regional IT Support team to ensure various IT activities i.e. system-patching, deployment are properly tested and communicated in order to ensure smooth and minimize downtime. Main Accountabilities a. Change Management Assist in documentation/review of Requirement specifications (RS) and Functional Specifications (FS) between Market and Vendor Be a liaison between the Market and vendor and coordinate throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate and assist the business unit in creating/ reviewing test scenarios cases, testing activities and lead Analysis of the Change requests from various Markets and support COC on initiation of change management · Monitor service operations topics within Service Level Agreement with the business units and vendor
· Supervision and monitor performance, quality service and technical support
First point of contact for COC team and manage the escalations on the Incidents, Requests, Jira tickets Maintain up-to-date Knowledge based Database c. Release management, Reporting & API's Assist COC on release management planning and prioritization Assist COC team on database modelling and reporting topics Analyse the request on Ascent API Integrations and support on implementations Standardize solutions to ensure all the markets are benefitted Qualifications Required Educational Background Bachelor's degree or above in IT or Business Administration (major in finance or IT) Professional Experience & Competencies At least five years of working experience in Information Technology within multinational company At least five years of experience in IT systems & projects related to financing (Special knowledge in automotive, finance or asset leasing preferred) Expert in management of IT services and project management of complex IT projects Experience in vendor management; Proficient in IT process and application consultancy. Technical skills: Advanced knowledge of various IT packages, systems and tools in the automotive / financial services business required. IT project management experience beneficial MSSQL and DB knowledge would be an added advantage. Process Automation, Test Automation, RPA and Cloud Computing experience would be an added advantage. Professional & Interpersonal skills: Problem Solving and Analysis, Open Communication, Creativity and Innovation, Financial Planning & Analysis, strong organizational ability, team orientation Process knowledge: ITIL & workflow systems Language skills: at minimum fluent in English, other languages highly appreciated Soft Skills and Capabilities Willingness and capability to operate in challenging business and personal environment Solution driven person with attention to details Have "can do" mentality and customer orientated personality Openness to other cultures and a highly diverse team which is newly established from different countries Problem solving attitude required, capability to handle uncertainty and balance risk and opportunities Highly developed analytical and strategically / tactical skills essential Negotiation skills essential, facilitates team and client meetings effectively and efficiently Good communication skills and able to drive message/point across Capability to deliver engaging, informative and well-organized presentations Other: Integrity, Passion, Discipline, Diversity, Respect and Customer Focus
