Scope of the Role   We are seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Specialist aiming to contribute to a growing startup, the ideal candidate should demonstrate excellence in their role and exhibit a proactive attitude towards achieving objectives. ‍ Duties and responsibilitie s: Funnel Creation : Develop and optimize sales funnels, including email sequences, campaigns, and PPC funnels, ensuring a smooth customer journey. E-commerce Account Management : Oversee Shopify and Amazon accounts, managing listings, optimizing product pages, and monitoring performance metrics. Asset Coordinatio n: Collaborate with contractors, designers, and content creators to produce high-quality assets for listings, advertisements, and landing pages. Team Management: Coordinate with various team members and contractors, delegating tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. Track and analyze metrics and KPIs to drive performance and make data-driven decisions. Schedule Management : Utilize deep work techniques to manage time effectively, attend meetings punctually, follow up with stakeholders, and maintain accountability. Design Sensibility : Possess an eye for detail, structure, and design aesthetics, ensuring all online content aligns with brand standards and enhances user experience. Requirements Fluent in English (both written and verbal) ️ Proficiency in Google  Suite and Slack. ‍ At least  3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an e-commerce setting. Strong understanding of sales funnels, email marketing, and PPC campaigns. Ability to thrive in a startup environment and contribute to its growth.
