Engineering Team Lead

One of our clients is looking to expand their in-house team with an Engineering Team Lead that is well-versed in JavaScript. Our client is a digital product agency.

We are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven ability to communicate complex topics to a non-technical audience.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have:

• Master's degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience developing mobile applications.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Experience in a startup incubator or accelerator environment.
• Proven track record of guiding startups to success.
• Experience with React Native, Next.js, Nest.js, and GraphQL.
• Familiarity with AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, and Elastic Beanstalk. And familiarity with AWS Amplify.
• Expertise in PostgreSQL and Prisma for database management.
• Proficiency in Tailwind CSS for responsive UI design.
