JOB SUMMARY
Serves as financial analyst on the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team, providing centralized and consolidated reporting supporting Finance and Go-To-Market functions. Position works closely with Sr. leadership team and reports to Manager FP&A. Produces financial and other business analysis, interpretation, and investigation of data.  Ensures all reporting activities are accurate and prepared within established timelines.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Responsible for generating monthly reporting and variance analysis of actuals

· Provide detailed reports tracking headcount and open requisitions

· Assists with the process of loading annual budget and quarterly forecast into Oracle

· Works closely with manager to track budgets and support the presentation to Executive Leadership teams

· Assists and supports the accounting close as required

· Assists supervisor and others within Finance department with miscellaneous projects as directed by supervisor

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent education and experience.  Pharmaceutical or CRO experience preferred.
• Strong English proficiency. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
• Proficiency with accounting software packages are necessary and Oracle Finance experience preferred. 
• Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment is essential.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work with confidential and sensitive data.
• Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines is necessary.
