We are building an extraordinary future with more than employees scattered across 18 locations in 12 countries in Latin America, North America, Europe, and Asia.At the company, you will work in a challenge-driven environment and collaborate with amazing peers.The role:As an HR Business Partner specializing in people care, you will be responsible for championing a culture of care, support, and employee well-being within our organization.You will work closely with both HR leadership and operational teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance the employee experience, promote work-life balance, and foster a culture of inclusivity and belonging.Key responsibilities:? Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to leadership and management teams on all matters related to employee well-being and people care initiatives.? Develop, implement, and continuously improve programs and initiatives focused on employee wellness, mental health support, and work-life balance.? Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that promote employee resilience, stress management, and emotional intelligence.? Conduct regular check-ins and surveys to assess employee satisfaction, engagement, and well-being, leveraging data to inform decision-making and program development.? Provide coaching and support to managers on effectively managing and supporting their teams, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development.? Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure that people care initiatives are integrated into broader HR strategies, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention efforts.? Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to employee well-being and people care, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.? Serve as a resource and advocate for employees, providing confidential support and guidance on a range of personal and professional issues.Qualifications:? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.? Senior experience in a human resources role, with a focus on employee relations, well-being, or organizational development.? Proven experience designing and implementing successful people care initiatives within a fast-paced, dynamic organization.? Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust at all levels of the organization.? Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.? Passion for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.? Certification in areas such as coaching, emotional intelligence, or mental health first aid is a plus.
