Lead Fullstack Support Engineer

About the Role: We're seeking a Fullstack Engineer who is able to help us stand up support and support our clients across 20+ Techstacks from Web to Mobile. We are looking for a PROBLEM SOLVER first and ENGINEER second. This will be a fun role where you get to work on multiple projects across multiple teams.With our support tech stack, you will monitor, fix, and make recommendations on how to improve our client's software for a seamless user experience. Collaborate closely with other developers for smooth integration and contribute to the development of new features based on project requirements. Adhere to our Standard Engineering procedures and best practices.Your collaborative approach across teams should ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.Onboarding: For the first few months, this candidate will be required to work in the office 2-3 times a week with the CEO and Engineering lead for faster onboarding. After a few months, a more hybrid approach will be accepted.Qualifications:- Intermediate English level (important)- Familiarity with RESTful APIs- GIT + Github Experience- 1+ years of experience with Swift is required.- You must have a Macbook on which you can work- Experience with Kotlin is a plus.- Proven programming experience working with a modern frontend framework like React or NextJS.- Experience working in the backend with Javascript or Ruby. Preferably With NestJS or Ruby On Rails.- Experience working with monitoring tools like Sentry, New Relic, BetterStack etc.- Experience with version control systems.- Knowledge of web security best practices.- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.- Frontend/Backend understanding is a must- Ability to write, read, and understand code (Javascript and others)- Knowledge of bug tracking and issue management tools.- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Ability to quickly adapt, learn, and solve problems.- Team player, willing to jump outside their role to help the greater team.- Ability to research as you work.- Ability to be accountable for your own time in a fully remote environment.- The desire to contribute to a growing, dynamic team and help shape process, practice, and operations.- You will need to provide your own workspace with reliable Internet service.- Agile + Scrum Methodology knowledge.- You are passionate about the startup environment and eager to learn.- You have a keen eye for detail and excel in documentation.- You are highly organized and proficient in task management.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- + Many more Languages.Benefits/Compensation:- Hybrid - occasionally a few times a week in the office and the rest remote- Contract-based employment- Starting at $2000 - $3500 depending on qualifications- There are currently NO formal benefits packages available (health insurance, retirement plans).- Trial period for 2 months after which we will reevaluate the contract- Freelance to Fulltime- we are open to negotiating thisAbout OneSeven Technology:OneSeven Tech is a Digital Product Studio for Startups and Enterprises.
