Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:Working along with Brand Comms team in other to follow closely the scouting, contacting, negotiating, activating, and reporting culture partners and friends’ of the brand, across all categories. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, develop, and maintain EIM's portfolio based on relevant qualitative and quantitative data Implement a fidelization plan for EIMs, KOLs and friends of the brand, considering seeding, product incubation, and key dates Establish and nurture strong relationships with KOLs, sneakerheads, media, and emerging artists. Stay constantly updated with trends, hype moments, and cultural events that are influential in the local scene. Develop a strategic relationship with the local Business Unit (BU) to align product selection with partners and cultural events. Follow up partners activation (Briefs with LAM) and reporting Work with Fashion KA AMP to support local relevant partners or assess their suitability for activation in their stores. Collaborate with brand comms teams to activate cross-category profiles in campaigns. Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Deep knowledge of culture industries (music, art, fashion) Passion and expertise in a cultural focus area. PR skills for stakeholder, media, KOL, and sneakerhead management. Negotiation skills for stakeholder agreements and agency management. Trend seeker and strategic planning mindset.
