We are looking for proactive leaders, oriented to teamwork, passionate about programming and who seek to provide the best experience to the end user.Responsibilities of this role include:Review user requirements to ensure that the requirements are testableDevelop test plans, cases, scripts, and reports for multiple projects of varying sizePerform testing on a wide range of software implementationsValidate that user expectations are achievedEnsure application documentation is accurate and complete upon project closeoutRequirements:BA or BS degree or higher, or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 3 years of manual QA testing experienceIn-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)Ability to help create and map business needs/application requirements to technical solutionsAbility to complete multiple tasks and manage a high volume of competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbility to collaborate effectively with all structural levels of the organization to meet company objectivesStrong sense of ownership of and entrepreneurism for the projects on which you workSolid time management, organizational, and communication skills (oral and written)Advanced English level is a mustWorkplace: 100% remote / Full-timeJoin #VatesTeam!
