Position : Marketing CoordinatorLocation : Remote (EST)Work Schedule : Monday - Friday, 08 : 00 AM - 05 : 00 PM ESTAbout Us :Join our dynamic marketing team as a Marketing Coordinator where your passion for marketing and organizational skills will contribute to our mission of driving success in the SaaS industry.Our company is committed to excellence, delivering education and support to empower businesses to thrive.Key Responsibilities :- Campaign Support : Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various platforms.- Content Coordination : Collaborate with the content team to ensure timely and effective content distribution on social media platforms and other marketing channels.- Software Proficiency : Navigate and utilize advanced software tools, including Hubspot, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Asana, and various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).- Data Analysis : Support in gathering and analyzing marketing data, providing insights to optimize marketing strategies.- Event Coordination : Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, webinars, and other promotional activities.Requirements :- Medium to high-level spoken English proficiency for internal company conversations.- Previous experience in marketing support roles.Preferred Skills :- Proven ability to work at a fast pace and in ambiguous situations.- Critical thinking skills, with the ability to contribute innovative ideas to marketing strategies.- Project management skills.- Social platform management experience (specifically LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube).- Ability to pull and organize content and metrics reports.
