International FMCG company is lookng for a Marketing Director who will be responsible for the marketing and communication strategy of the brand in the local market. The Marketing Director will lead the marketing and communication strategy of the brand in the local market, while identifies growth opportunities in the market, generating brand initiatives and overseeing the marketing team. You will be accountable for:Developing and executing the marketing and communication strategy to improve brand share in the local market.Identifying growth opportunities and collaborating with the sales team to create comprehensive marketing and sales plans for sustainable growth.Coordinating and overseeing the execution of marketing initiatives across all functional areas, including advertising, promotion, online marketing, public relations and special events.Analyzing periodically business evolution in each marketing mix variable (e.g. turnover, invoicing, market share, distribution, price positioning, budget, production planning, marketing research, packaging, distribution channels).Managing the marketing budget and ensuring that resources are used effectively and efficiently.Developing and implementing media campaigns for the brand according to their positioning and key message. Responsible forsetting the digital strategy7 - Leading brand development.8 - Managing relationships and coordinating brand activations with Trade Marketing, Public Relations, Events, Communicationsand Sales.9 - Supervising and leading the marketing team, ensuring skills development, motivation, and teamworkWe are looking for profesionals with +7 years of marketing experience, graduated of Industrial Engineering, Bachelor's in Business Administration, Commercializing, Bachelor's in Marketing, among others. You are bilingual regarding English language skills and preferably Intermediate with French language.You also have excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and work collaboratively. Finally, Finance knowledge is a plus.
