Job Summary

The Marketing Specialist will play an important role in the Tetra Pak marketing team by supporting in preparing key market and category information and building solid fact base presentations for both customers and key stakeholders. In this dynamic position, you will have the chance to engage with the marketing team in various ways along with significant exposure for processing and services business units in Southern Cone Market (Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Paraguay, etc). We are looking for a professional, who will be responsible for driving Marketing activities, someone who has a very strong relationship skills to deal with customers in the local markets, where the experience in digital marketing and B2B industrial companies are highly valued.
You should combine Marketing skills with technical criteria both in terms of industrial processes and Services. 
The Tetra Pak Marketing team supports the growth and innovation pipelines of local and global accounts across the region. 
The position is based in San Fernando, Buenos Aires, Argentina, reporting to the Marketing Director.
You will travel up to 20% to the strategic customer sites 
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position. 

What you will do

As Marketing Specialist you will: 

  • Strategic Marketing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with Tetra Pak’s business objectives. Create new leads to increase our sales. Stay up to date with industry trends and competition to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to understand customer needs and opportunities for processing and services portfolio. Map Market in terms of resources, production and installed base, to get a clear understanding of Business Potential for Processing Equipment and Services proposals
  • Brand management: Safeguard and enhance Tetra Pak’s brand identity. Ensure consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, to execute marketing initiatives effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
  • Innovation Leadership: Lead the charge in promoting an innovate culture within the marketing team. Encourage creativity, experimentation, and adoption of emerging technologies. 
  • Coordination: Organize workshops, being a brand ambassador in specific fairs, congress or events of processing and services industry

We believe you have

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related.
  • Intermediate to advance English. 
  • Previous experience working in industrial / B2B / marketing / digital marketing / business development companies
  • Knowledge of the Southern Cone Market (Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Paraguay, etc.) industrial B2B business.
  • 2-3 year´s marketing / business development experience used to work in corporate environment.
  • Strong competency with PowerPoint and Excel, knowledge in Power BI is a plus.
  • A data-oriented mind set with the ability to develop insights and tell a story.
  • Great customer service skills and a go-getter attitude.
  • Customer Centric approach.
  • Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Curiosity and ability to identify market opportunities as well as develop value propositions for these opportunities
