Position SummaryBy assuming this position, you will be contributing to the growth strategy of Carefree and Fem Care. With focus on brand strategy for Latam South, collaborates with the discovery, development, and marketing functions to search for new opportunities through detailed assessment of market trends, unmet customer needs and competitive activity fostering a profitable and sustained growth for the brands in scope.What will you doThe Media Manager Latam South is responsible for leading strategy and guarantee execution of Media Plans cross Brands.·Execute Media Plans for Brand Campaigns according to Brand support models·Leverage relationship with Power Partners to tackle strategic opportunities to reach consumers with valuable proposals by keeping a shared agenda and a closer WoW·Lead Media Planning agenda·Leverage Innovation agenda·Interact with different teams: local agencies, regional teams, ecommerce, content, media, brand managers, IT, etc.·Media Budget Ownership·Support eCommerce Events execution, CRM & Lead Acquisition strategiesQualificationsEducation: Bachelor´s Degree CompletedHigh leadership skills and proven experience in leading successful teamsLanguage: Advance English is required Kenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
