The Mercedes-Benz Partner Shop is a password-protected procurement platform of Mercedes-Benz AG for authorized Mercedes-Benz dealerships in Germany for the procurement of dealership-relevant products and services.

The Partner Shop team supports the dealerships with the Partner Shop as a marketplace and procurement platform as well as on-site consulting in the sense of "one for all" in the procurement / purchasing of dealership-relevant products and services. Maximum customer satisfaction and the continuous further development of the Partner Shop are our top priorities. In order to achieve this, the team's tasks include analyzing customer needs, managing the range of products and services via appropriate marketing activities and further developing the system platform.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a working student to join the Mercedes-Benz Partner Shop Product, Supplier and Content Management team in Berlin.

You will be involved in these fields of activity, among others

• Implementation of technical solutions with modern IT tools
• Support in the maintenance of the Partner Shop catalog
• Active participation in the comparison, evaluation and selection of products and suppliers for the Mercedes-Benz Partner Shop
• Support with operational activities in the day-to-day business of the team
• Documentation of technical solutions
• Supervision of implemented processes in second/third-level support
• Collaboration in project teams

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration or economics with a focus on (B2B) marketing, purchasing, business informatics or a comparable course of study
• Proficient in written and spoken German and English
• Confident handling of MS Office applications
• High technical affinity
• Interest in e-commerce and a good understanding of the special challenges in interactive commerce
• A quick grasp and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex issues
• Strong communication skills
