NK - Production Support Specialist

Job Summary

The Production Support Specialist role entails ensuring the smooth operation of marketing platforms in production, providing technical support, and optimizing production processes within various marketing technology platforms. Responsibilities include addressing technical requests, troubleshooting, monitoring platform performance, communicating with users, and collaborating with engineering teams to enhance processes. The role requires experience in L1 & L2 system support, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, familiarity with the Adobe suite, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Address L1 & L2 technical requests from end users, troubleshoot issues promptly, and fix errors.
• Monitor platforms in production to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability.
• Communicate with users, providing updates on improvements and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Utilize existing platform run books to solve issues and technical requests.
• Escalate and triage all L3 related issues to appropriate Engineering teams following defined processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering Teams to enhance existing processes.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, configuration changes, and system backups.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience providing L1 & L2 system support for enterprise-level platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering teams and leadership.
• Experience using/supporting the Adobe suite of products.
• Capability to perform system upgrade activities when needed.
• Experience working with Marketing end users is a plus.
• Familiarity with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform, or any other Experimentation or CDP platforms is preferred.
