Operations Manager

As they continue to grow, they are looking for a talented Operations Manager to join their team and oversee their company's operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and scalability. The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the company's operations, including sales oversight, performance metrics, cost analysis, and process improvements. This position requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, exceptional analytical skills, and a deep understanding of business operations. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and sales team to drive operational excellence, enhance profitability, and support the company's growth objectives. Remote is okay. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including sales, marketing, finance, and administrative functions.
• Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to identify trends, problems, and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct thorough cost and marketing attribution analyses to optimize spending and ROI.
• Identify discrepancies and inefficiencies in operational processes and implement effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business metrics from multiple perspectives to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage general accounting tasks, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and payroll.
• Collaborate with the sales team, providing logical and analytical support to drive action and improve sales performance.
• Serve as a virtual assistant to the CEO, assisting with key tasks and decision-making processes to propel the company forward.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the company.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent experience in this field.
• Proven experience in operations management preferably in the home improvement industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost management.
• Excellent understanding of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and general accounting principles.
• DISC assessment: candidates with C (Conscientiousness) and D (Dominance) profiles.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with sales teams and motivate change through logical reasoning and analytical evidence.
• Proficient in the use of business management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
