About the role As part of the Operational Service Delivery team your key responsibility is to support with daily activities such as project management, escalation resolution and project governance, including interfaces with client local country contacts, shared service centers, tax/finance stakeholders and related EY network. You are working with EY Country Payroll teams to ensure services are delivered in line with contractual requirements , timeliness, accuracy, and agreed service levels. Effective communication is key here and with stakeholders and clients on various projects to ensure smooth operation and quality service delivery. Daily tasks vary from managing multiple projects with cross-functional team members, financial management , preparing budgets, invoicing and scope management, SLA and KPI reporting, calendars, consolidated reports, issue and risk logs, to prepare project plans and weekly status updates, propose solutions and assist with ad hoc requests.
