Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlaceYour role at Clorox:Lead Technical transfer (Plant Qualification) for new projects. Provide technical support assistant for manufacturing issues. Identify, test, evaluate and implement cost saving projects. Serves as a liaison between manufacturing, marketing and R&D for new product/launches/initiatives.Provide technical support and perform validation of raw materials Provide technical support in approving the CopackerIn this role, you will:- Lead Technical support (Projects and Plant Qualification) for new initiative launches, including meetings organization, develop technical project timeline, closing meetings, using processes developed by Production Services Latam.- Provide technical support assistance for finished products specifications- Serves as a single point of accountability between Mfg, Mktg and R&D for new products/launches/initiatives- Validate alternatives for raw material and secondary packaging- Qualify secondary packaging co-packing activities for new promotional packs. Execute copacker qualifications for new initiatives.- Create new product Bill of Materials (BOM's) and maintenance/create technical data in SAP-Create, update and close Tech Transfer process for different projects- Support technical requirements for cluster of Production Services LATAM- Support CCEM process for projects requiring technical feasibility analysisWhat we look for:Minimum Requirements:Years and Type of Experience:Experience in project management: 2 yearsExperience in Packaging or formula and process: 1 yearsSkills and Abilities:Interpersonal RelationshipAnalysis and Decision MakingTeamworkCommunicationExcellent planning and organizationAdaptation and FlexibilityEducation Level/Degree:University degree or on Going (Last Years)SAPOfficeWe seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences.
