We are looking for a Quality & Compliance Coordinator. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain processes while adhering to regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver, capable of managing multiple projects and collaborating effectively with various stakeholders to achieve company objectives.

Responsibilities

Quality Assurance:

Finalising and Proofing TGA listings and FPS docs are in alignment [Australia]Finalising and Proofing Health Canada listings and FPS docs are in alignmentProofing QQ & Masterformulation are in alignment with the briefed specifications [USA,EU]Organizing and maintenance of manufacturer and 3rd party testing processes & results for the markets of: USA, CANADA, EUROPE, UK, AUSTRALIA, ASIA, MIDDLE EASTAmazon related testing and 3rd party testing3rd party certification applications [USA, f.e. NSF/Non-Gmo project]

Compliance Administration:

TGA, FDA and EU (Canada, NZ, Brazil, Asia) related compliance work. Reviewing and implementing advised changes on website & artwork. Working with USA, EU/UK and AU legal teamsOrganizing and filing related documentation.

Artwork administration:

Label & box information review, filing. Artwork creation following the given text. Integration or updating of the new packaging solutions with different manufacturers.

Miscellaneous:

Project management for some initiated product quotations. Admin: Launch info pack finalization for new products. Utilizing researcher, and given claims package/breakdown. Occasional Ingredients sourcing
