We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist focused on Content Marketing approach to develop our SMM channels. We have already done a significant amount of work; our Instagram pages have around 140000 followers. Additionally we have a content production team ready to help implement any bold ideas. The marketing team consists of 12 professionals all experts in their field which will help you develop professionally and grow together with the company.

• Developing a content plan for Facebook Instagram LinkedIn for the current stage (TikTok and YouTube for future with extra resources);
• Setting a detailed task for content production or creating content independently (based on desire and capabilities);
• Creating diverse content in various formats (photos images video stories reels) based on the clients profile information from research and the stories of our students;
• Creating content with announcements of our events and special offers;
• Analyzing the channels effectiveness maintaining regular reporting and working on the development of the SMM channel.

• Remote cooperation for 40 hours per week with a schedule that s convenient for you and the team. There isn t a focus on micromanaging.
• A comfortable digital office. We use modern digital tools Miro Notion Jira Google Workspace etc. to make working together process seamless
• Diverse and tightknit team which is spread out across the US Israel LatAm Europe and Asia!

Requirements :

• Fluency in Spanish and English;
• 35 years of social media management experience with different SMM channels (including Instagram Facebook LinkedIn Youtube);
• Strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform from knowing how to write a successful effective storytelling techniques;
• Strong creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas;
• Strong communication and people skills for articulating ideas to internal team;
• PORTFOLIO of existing social media projects is a must.
