Be part of the Legal team giving support to the area. Through the values: Passion for Customers, How Matters and Determined Execution you will live and experience a critical role for our business.

Responsibilities:

• Contract Lifecicle Management (Onit System): revision and approval of day-to-day agreements within a System; template drafting
• Day-to-Day legal responses and filings: (Oficios, CDs, Descargos (SENASA, COT,…))
• General support to Legal Counsel
• Data Privacy
• Daily monitoring of new legislation
• Administrative tasks

It is indispensable for this position:

• Education: Lawyer degree
• Experience: as Jr. Lawyer or Paralegal in multinational company or Law Firm in charge of corporate clients
• Skills: Autonomy; Business Partnering; Developing Solutions; Communication with Impact; Digital Savviness
• Languages: English (advanced)
