Sales Representative

Role Overview: The Vines is looking for a Sales Representative fluent in English and Spanish to enhance our sales team. You will play a key role in selling our upscale vineyards and villas, engaging with an international clientele to facilitate vineyard and villa ownership.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect, qualify and close sales of private vineyards and luxury residences.
• Host and interact with guests at The Vines Resort & Spa.
• Provide tours and presentations of properties.
• Manage sales processes including contracts, negotiations, and closings.
• Record sales activities in Salesforce.

• At least 5 years' experience in sales, ideally in luxury real estate, hospitality, or the wine industry.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus.
• Regular travel to The Vines Resort & Spa in Tunuyan (3+ days/week).
• Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems
• Knowledge of wine and winemaking.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Residency within the Mendoza province
