Description
Main objectives This position is responsible for sales performance of MBMK at specific dealers.
Building sales strategy, dealer communication, product consultancy including sales training and credit applications are the main task of this position.
Sales communication skills, sales data analysis, market trend study, excellent business writing skills and capability of cooperating other departments are required.
1) Building sales strategy towards dealer and longterm rental market
2) Managing sales performance data and generating KPI report
2. Dealer communications
1) Proactive dealer showroom manager and sales consultant communication
2) Product introduction and sales activities to dealer sales consultants including group training
3) Develop communication material of product
4) Credit application consultancy
5) Negotiation promotion and campaign based on dealer demand
*Frequent dealer visit required nation wide
1) Embrace dealer's demand and request and coordinate development request
2) Arrange the requests of new generation of sales system
Qualifications
Automotive business experience around 5 years (Auto financing, dealer, rental business etc) Knowledges of dealer, longterm rental business Communication skills (including business and Written English) Mid level and above skills of office programs Organization
