Senior Infrastructure Engineer

We're looking to add a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to our team. The role will report to the Director of Engineering What Success Looks Like Successfully architect and deploy AWS infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring reliability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Implement monitoring and optimization strategies to maintain high-performance levels across AWS services, minimizing downtime and maximizing resource utilization. Ensure adherence to AWS security best practices and compliance standards, proactively identifying and mitigating potential security risks to safeguard data and infrastructure. Capable of optimizing AWS costs and performance to align with or surpass forecasted budgetary targets. Drive automation initiatives leveraging AWS services such as AWS Lambda, CloudFormation, and AWS CLI to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency. Continuously evaluate and enhance AWS infrastructure configurations and architectures to align with evolving business needs, technology advancements, and industry best practices. Demonstrate growth through the acquisition and utilization of new AWS offerings and technologies, enhancing our technical capabilities and driving cost efficiencies. What You'll Do Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS platform. Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for provisioning and managing resources. Monitor and optimize the performance, reliability, and security of cloud infrastructure. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing of infrastructure changes. Work closely with development teams to ensure infrastructure meets application requirements and performance goals. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues in a timely manner. Implement and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions using tools like Elastic Stack (ELK) or similar. Implement security best practices and compliance requirements for cloud infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and initiatives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cloud infrastructure and DevOps. What You´ll need Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related experience. 5 years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer or similar role. Expert-level skills in AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Lambda, and VPC. Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform. Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions (e.g., Elastic Stack, Prometheus, Grafana). Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g., CircleCI, GitLab CI/CD). Solid understanding of networking principles and security best practices. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills ( in English ).
