- Track performance across social media platforms.
- Manage video library, schedule, and assignments.
- Coordinate video production for consistent, relevant content.
- Develop strategies to increase engagement, reach, and views.
Content Expertise
- Identify trends, and choose optimal videos.
- Analyze page performance to create personalized suggestions.
- Develop expertise to select and test high-performing content for long-term improvement.
- Share knowledge with the team through suggestions, edits, and brand safety checks.
Copywriting & Content Creation
- Use analytics to improve writing based on audience insights.
- Edit copy by fellow community managers for style, grammar, and adherence to guidelines.
- Develop static posts, and stories, and plan content calendars.
- Actively moderate social media pages.
Data-Driven Optimization
- Ensure multi-platform success across social media channels.
- Collaborate with the Growth Team to boost new pages.
- Partner with Data/Tech Teams to improve tools and approaches.
- Work with Benchmark/UGC Team to maintain content relevance.
Qualifications we are looking for:
- A graduate of a school or university in the fields of business, engineering, communication or marketing.
- At least C1 level English ; proficiency in French is a major bonus!
- Passion for gaming & its trends.
- Experience in community management and a passion for social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and communicate effectively with viewers and influencers.
- Ability to adjust to various necessities and prioritize multiple tasks successively.
- Having strong analytical skills and being very comfortable with numbers and data.
- Being a team player with strong communication skills.
- Eagerness to have fun while implementing intuitive ideas into the product!
