Job Overview :A highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive with a robust network in theVenture Capital (VC) and Private Equity (PE) sectors, as well as professional services sectorslegal, investment banking, payroll, and HR companies). The successful candidate will beresponsible for selling our services, generating new clients, forging strategic partnerships,driving revenue growth, and expanding our client base across all our existing and newcommercial business segments.Key Responsibilities :1. Sales and Business Development : Identify and target firms aligned with our product / serviceofferings. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to foster new clients andbusiness relationships.2.Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.3. Market Research : Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitoractivities. Provide regular updates on the sector landscape, highlighting potential opportunitiesand risks.4. Pitching and Presentations : Create compelling presentations and pitches tailored to theneeds and interests of audiences. Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits ofour products / services.5. Deal Negotiation : Lead negotiations directly with new clients and channel partners, ensuringmutually beneficial terms.6. Sales Forecasting and Reporting : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of salesactivities, prospects, and client interactions. Provide regular reports on sales performance,highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.Qualifications :Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a focus on both direct client development andstrategic channel partnerships.Proven ability to negotiate and win new business.Established network and relationships with key players in targeted industries.Ability to think strategically and develop innovative approaches to sales and businessdevelopment.Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify opportunities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
