3. Main responsabilities

You will be part of the Recruitment team at Conexa, leading talent search processes from the opening of the vacancy to the formal offer stage.

Gather the necessary requirements for vacancy coverage alongside the technical teams.

Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, with strong communication skills and positioning on the LinkedIn platform.

Continuously feed the candidate pipeline for various positions.

Conduct relevant interviews to assess technical qualifications as well as candidates' alignment with the company culture.

Provide an exceptional candidate experience, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the recruitment process, acting as a brand ambassador and representing Conexa's values at all times.

Once the candidate is selected, you will be responsible for their onboarding process into the company, accompanying them during their first months in the organization.

Monitor and analyze hiring metrics to identify areas for improvement.

5. Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.

Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously (excellent organizational and time management skills).

Experience in Tech / Technology / Development / Digital Products companies.

Deep understanding of IT profiles (Front / Back / Programming languages).

Experience with human resources management software (e.g., Workday, Personio, Bullhorn, Bamboo, etc.).

Rappi , The global tech company known for its on-demand delivery platform, partnered with Conexa to optimize its services:

Payments and Shipping: Conexa revolutionized Rappi's delivery services with an express checkout for swift payments. Additionally, they facilitated merchant integrations, empowering sellers to efficiently manage shipping and payments on Rappi's platform.

Cabify is a ride-sharing company specializing in individual and corporate transportation. Conexa developed a middleman system that acts as a bridge between Cabify and E-commerce platforms or marketplaces. This system displays a comprehensive list of orders generated through these platforms, enabling merchants to easily process them using Cabify . For instance, merchants selling on Amazon or MercadoLibre can now rely on Cabify vehicles for fast and secure product deliveries.

MODO , an innovative Fintech supported by major banks in Argentina, partners with Conexa for their online QR code payment solution , allowing merchants to integrate MODO's unique payment method into their E-commerce checkouts. With an amazing user interface , consumers can conveniently make payments using MODO's innovative payment method.

Pomelo is one of the fastest growing software companies in Latin America, whose service consists of providing the infrastructure and technology (SaaS) necessary to accelerate the time to market of technological products in the fintech industry.Pomelo needed to build its own Mobile and Web App, used in more than 7 countries. This project consisted in developing a PWA which adapts to the requirements and certifications of fintech laws , to allow Pomelo enter new markets / countries.
