Are you ready to take the next big step in your hospitality career? Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a dynamic individual for career driven Engineering/Security Coordinator. An individual who shares our passion for achieving service excellence and infuses enthusiasm into everything he/she does!

What are we looking for and what can you bring to the table?

• We’re for looking for an experienced individual withing administrative support who demonstrates leadership behaviors and skills. 
• You are an individual who is a genuine, caring and compassionate with a passion for hospitality that possess integrity and accountability.
• An individual who while still maintaining a strong presence within the resort, let’s their personality shine through and can be themselves.

• You have minimum 1 year previous experience preferred in related position and administrative support and some security experience
• Certifications preferred for First Aid and CPR/AED
• Organizational and ability to communicate clearly to all levels including Executive Managers. 
• Ability of confident facilitation skills as you will be presenting Lead With Care and Safety information for New Hire Orientation.
• If you are Bilingual in Spanish this is a plus to assist in communication with team members.
• You have the ability to work hard but have fun!

What would my job responsibilities be?

You will provide the administrative support to the Director of Engineering/Security

Safety & Health

• Support of Safety and Health and Wellness, communicate issues to DOE directly.

• Ensure that the Emergency Management Plan is a topic discussed constantly amongst Lead With Care Committee members and that all staff members are knowledgeable of their roles.

• Keep CPR/AED and First Certifications updated for resort
• Maintain Communication boards for Health and Wellness and Safety Information Wall
• Deliver Lead with Care and Security presentation for employee orientation during EMBARK and Essentials On Boarding of new hires.
• Conduct quarterly Lead with Care audit and report results with needed actions.
• You will be a lead support with the Director of People and Culture and Director of Engineering/Security to assist in facilitate monthly Lead with Care (Safety, Seu Committee meetings (discuss previous months employee injuries and Safety Topic of the month).

Administrative

You will provide administrative support to Director of Engineering/Security as listed below:

• Assists engineering managers and team members with daily administrative tasks
• Prepare and manage documentation, reports, and correspondence
• Support project planning and scheduling activities
• Track project progress and update project schedules and vendor supplies
• Serve as a point of contact between the engineering department and other internal/external stakeholders
• Processing of all Engineering/Property Operations Maintenance and Purchase Orders
• Provide communication with resort vendors, contractors of deliveries, pricing, scheduling appointments as directed by Director of Engineering and Engineering Supervisor
• Product supply inventory
• Monitor and communicate monthly utilities usage of all ESG programs including but not limited to Recycling and Hotel Energy Portal (HEP).
• Assist with communication of property issues, maintenance and emergency situations lead from Director of Engineering and/or Engineering Supervisor. 
• Facilitate clear and efficient communication across different teams
• Ensure all engineering documentation meets regulatory and company standards
• Assist with procurement of engineering supplies and equipment
