Job Summary:

We are in search of a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. This role involves executing designs within our extensive corpus of design guides, assets, and templates. The ideal candidate will focus on creating marketing collateral, including email templates, paid media creatives, and web design, with the added benefit of basic video editing skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design marketing collateral such as email templates, social media graphics, and digital advertisements, adhering to existing brand guidelines.

• Utilize provided guides, assets, and templates to produce consistent and high-quality work.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs meet project goals and deadlines.

• Arrange and iterate on web design elements using our comprehensive web design guide.

• Perform basic video editing tasks to support our digital content strategy, including motion graphics for paid media, short-form social videos, animated GIFs, and video slideshows.

Requirements:

Must-haves:

• 2-4 years of graphic design experience, particularly in eCommerce or consumer brands.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with email, social media, and ad content.

• Light web design experience, including familiarity with HTML/CSS.

• Basic video editing skills, including creating motion graphics and simple video content.

• Advanced English proficiency.

• Based in Latin America.
