As a Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in driving our client's marketing initiatives and achieving business objectives. Your day-to-day will involve diving deep into market research to pinpoint target audiences and sculpting tailored strategies that resonate with them. You'll lead multifaceted marketing campaigns across various channels, using data and analytics to monitor and optimize their success. We're seeking a marketing expert who can lead our client's strategy and potentially a team in the future!

Requirements

What you’ll do:

• Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives. 
• Conduct and utilize market research to identify target audiences and tailor content strategies accordingly.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multipledigital, social media, email, and print channels. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness.
• Write compelling copy for various marketing materials, including website content, email campaigns, and advertisements.
• Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity across all marketing materials and channels. Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all marketing efforts.
• Use data-driven insights to measure the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Prepare regular reports on key metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, and engagement levels. Use findings to inform future strategies and decision-making.

What you’ll bring:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
• Experience in SEO, copywriting, email marketing campaigns, and an expertise in various social media channels
• Creative thinking, a strategic mindset, and a passion for driving results.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
