In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting and executing paid digital marketing campaigns and creating compelling ads and content of all types across all major platforms, including Google, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and more. You'll leverage your expertise in any platforms used to increase management and conversion optimization in working with our MarTech leader and

integrating any ad management tools with our existing marketing stack (Marketo & SFDC) you recommend and leveraging UTM parameters to track and analyze campaign performance, ensuring we hit our goals and exceed expectations.

Your creativity will shine as you produce engaging video content and static ads daily. Enhancing our earned social campaigns and working with our earned social media manager to develop viral campaigns that resonate and grow our audience is needed.. You'll post this content across all digital media platforms, ensuring our brand is visible everywhere online. You'll work with the team to manage our online presence meticulously, ensuring all business listings are accurate and our reputation remains stellar. We currently have a third party managing our SEO, so if you have this experience it would be a plus to enhance our visibility, driving organic traffic and conversions. Proficiency and experience leveraging the newest AI tools to maximize output of volume is highly desired.

Working closely with our Chief Revenue Officer and the Earned Social Media Manager, you'll coordinate with a talented team including our web designer, project manager, editorial lead and our PR lead. THRIVE has a body of existing video assets that can be edited and cut to get you off the ground fast. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you track key performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and provide insights that inform our strategies. You'll also recommend the best tools to enhance our marketing stack and ensure seamless visualization for paid digital. .

Work Experience Requirements:

● Extensive Experience in Paid Digital Marketing: At least 5-8 years of proven expertise in various digital marketing platforms, video/ad content creation. SEO expertise is a plus.

● Content (ad design, video, reels) creation required working from abroad: Demonstrated experience in producing engaging video content daily and managing viral campaigns across all major platforms (Google, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

● Paid Media Expertise: Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads, and others. This includes budget allocation, campaign setup, A/B testing, Optimization maximizing budgets and lowering CPL and ultimately CPA. .

● Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of implementing UTM’s for tracking and analyzing campaign performance and recommendations for paid digital tools that integrate with our stack (Marketo & Salesforce.com).

● Analytical Skills: Ability to track key performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and provide actionable insights to inform strategies.

● Experience working collaboratively with diverse teams, including web designers, project managers, and PR specialists.

Additional Requirements:

● International Experience: Ability to produce and manage content from abroad, ensuring a global perspective in all marketing efforts.

● Experience using tools for video editing with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, motion graphics, required as well as any AI tools to enhance content creation.

● Demonstrated and proven experience managing a digital budget across all paid platforms.
