Due to growth, we are now recruiting a Parts Interpreter who will provide 5-star service to our retail and commercial partners. About the role:

• End-to-end customer service; phone and email enquiries assisting with parts requests
• Providing fast and accurate parts interpretations and exceptional customer service from such sources as phone, fax, email and internal enquiries
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, guests and internal stakeholders.
• Process invoices & credits as required
• Assist with other general warehouse duties and tasks as required.
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to
• Provide exceptional customer service. 
• Issuing parts to workshop staff

About you: 

• A Mercedes-Benz Part Interpreter is an ideal match; however, we are open to applications from Dealership-experienced Parts Interpreters. 
• Have a good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A positive work ethic with the ability to handle a fast-paced environment
• Computer and admin literacy skills
• The ability to problem solve and think on your feet
• Attention to detail 
• A willingness to learn and continue to develop your skills
• Be friendly, helpful, confident and have an engaging personality
• Current driver's licence
