Pricing and Profitability Manager (Lending)

The Role

We are looking for a rockstar who would like to be part of this amazing fast-growing Fintech as a Pricing & Profitability Manager for the Lending Business Unit.

At Clip she/he will be responsible for developing the pricing strategy and ensuring the successful execution of initiatives aimed at guaranteeing the portfolio profitability.

The right candidate will have a passion about fostering a collaborative team environment, a deep understanding of business development in the lending industry, and will see this role as a key contributor to the strategic evolution of Clip Lending Business.

What will I be doing?

• Develop and implement the Pricing Policy and strategy.
• Develop testing proposals to fine-tune pricing models and identify revenue growth opportunities.
• Responsible for Profitability initiatives, assessing their potential impact on the portfolio's profitability and risk.
• Monitor and manage the overall profitability of the lending portfolio, making data-driven recommendations for adjustments as needed.
• Present deep financial analysis and insights to the stakeholders and effectively communicate the rationale behind pricing decisions and profitability targets.
  
  

Technical:

• Strong financial modeling skills to lead pricing decisions.
• Leadership and managerial abilities.
• Familiarity with pricing tools used in lending.
• Strong analytical thinking and data analysis, drawing insights from information. (SQL / Python)
  
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Spanish. (Portugues its a must)
  
  

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Actuary, Mathematics or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
• +5 years of experience with emphasis on pricing and profitability management within the lending industry, preferably in the Fintech or traditional Banking industry.
• Strong analytical (SQL / Python) and quantitative skills with the ability to develop and fine-tune pricing models.
  
  
• Live in Buenos Aires, Argentina or Mexico City, México
