Are you ready to take the next big step in your hospitality career? Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a dynamic individual for our Engineering team in the role General Maintenance. An individual who shares our passion for achieving service excellence and infuses enthusiasm into everything he/she does!

What are we looking for and what can you bring to the table?

• We’re for looking for an experienced individual with solid knowledge and experience in general maintenance who has a genuine, caring and compassionate individual with a passion for hospitality that possess integrity and accountability.
• An individual who while still maintaining a strong presence within the resort, let’s their personality shine through and can be themselves.
• They feel empowered to make the best decisions for the guest that are ethical and within policy to create an experience and truly connect with them.
• They lead with inspiration supporting and encouraging their fellow employees so that they can achieve success together.
• You have the physical ability to work outside in all levels of environmental temperatures 

• You have 2+ years of solid experience electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting and general repairs preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
• CPO Certification (Pool)
• The ability to lift, bend, carry and climb to complete jobs assigned
• You love working in a team environment and know that teamwork is key!
• Your schedule is flexible and have the ability to work evenings, weekends and Holidays. 3 PM – 11:30 PM

What would my job responsibilities be?

• This position provides general repair and maintenance to the resort and the buildings adding support to resort operations when needed.
• You will have an eye for all details and ensure what our guests see and cannot see is always a priority in your daily routine.
• You are a brave problem solver everyday. It may not be on your list of To Do’s but you know it needs to be done and take initiative to complete it.
• You are part an amazing team and you are a committed team player. Doing the right thing for others as well as the resort.
• In addition, to daily maintenance and repair you will assist you Engineering projects assigned by Director of Engineering. 
• Certifications in electrical, plumbing and or HVAC is a plus.
• Good English speaking and writing is required with bilingual in Spanish a plus.
