Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Type: Full-Time, Remote

Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST/CST

Compensation:  $800-1100+ commission (based on assessment)

Location: Egypt, LatAm

We are a web development agency founded to give companies an edge in their web experience. From bespoke websites to eCommerce stores, SaaS products, and mobile apps.

Job Summary:

We are presently in search of a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cold-calling leads, CRM management, team collaboration, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should bring at least 3+ years of proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar role, with adeptness in CRM tools and a strong background working in a digital marketing and development studio industries..

Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling: Make cold calls daily to potential leads, engaging them with the company's offerings and generating interest.

  • Closing Sales: Engage with leads to understand their needs, present solutions, and close sales to achieve targets.

  • CRM Management: Accurately log interactions, update lead statuses, and maintain detailed account records in the CRM system for effective follow-up and strategy planning.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies and provide insights on market trends and customer feedback.

Requirements:

Must-haves:

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, with significant expertise in a cold-calling environment.

  • Demonstrated experience with sales in the digital marketing and software development industries.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot, Apollo.io, and Copilot (or similar).

  • Experience in the technology or software industry.

  • Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily outreach quotas.

  • Independent and self-starter.

  • Readiness and ability to operate within the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.
