Hi there! We are Jules and our client is looking for a Technical Customer Support Specialist!

About the Position

We are seeking a passionate and technical customer support specialist to join our growing team. You will be the first line of defense for our customers, providing exceptional technical support and driving user satisfaction. In this role, you will wear many hats, including troubleshooting technical issues, delivering proactive demos, and conducting customer outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to new users to provide exceptional technical support, ensure their questions are addressed and educate them on best practices and new features

  • Deliver engaging and informative demos of the Draftbit platform, showcasing its capabilities and functionalities

  • Coordinate webinars and other public-facing video streams led by other team members.

  • Document customer interactions and technical resolutions

  • Continuously learn about the Draftbit platform and stay up-to-date on the latest features and functionalities

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional command of English (both written and verbal)

  • Minimum 2 years technical customer service/support, project management, account management, or other relevant experience

  • Technical knowledge in software development, APIs and coding. A basic understanding of Javascript is preferred

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Strong communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and hustle effectively.

Bonus Points

  • Experience building mobile apps or web applications

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
