FINANCIAL ANALYST (STAFF)

Responsibilities:

As a Financial Analyst, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, upholding our financial health and overseeing operations that support our strategic goals.

Conduct detailed financial analysis, comparing budgeted figures with actual outcomes to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.

Prepare and present financial reports to leadership, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.

Collaborate with a multicultural team to manage and execute critical operational functions effectively.

Attention to detail, deadline oriented and ability to manage time efficiently and effectively.

Process improvement initiatives.

Maintenance of dashboard, reports and other tools used by the team.

Eligibility:

Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Students in Business Administration, Accounting, or similar.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Accounting/ Controlling

Advanced in Excel (pivots, tables, charts)

Fluent in English (The position requires to speak English on a daily basis).

Power Bi knowledge (nice to have)

Good interpersonal and relationship building skills
